2011: Tough pose with lots of perspective. 20mins. I like how I managed to get a real feel of the body bending over and how it really feels 3D.
2011: 15min pose. Feel I may have over worked the eye but really like the shape and form of the sketch and feel it has a good 3D element and has life.
2010: Pen study showing a twist. 15min pose.
2011: Try to show how the light meets the models face from her monitor. 15min pose.
2010: 15min pose trying to show light and perspective. I feel that the light is working but the perspective is slightly out. But I still like the feel of the drawing.
2011: Quick 5min poses of gesture and movement. My aim was to try and show movement and still have a 3D element in my drawings.
2011: These were 10min life drawing studies.

2010: Some concepts for the CG film 'Sordino' with concepts of a radio and a Cabinet for the violin makers workshop.
2010: Quick 30secs Life drawing studies

2011: Model By Steven Hayward. These are models from my concepts of the hunters which I asked Steve if he would produce for me so I can see what the film ('Plain Chair') would look like if it was a Stop-Motion film.

2010: Concepts for the film 'Plain Chair'.
2010: A concept of the 'Chair' in it's natural environment!
2010: With the 'Plain Chair' my intention is to have a mixed media film where CG, 2D and live action will all interact. The reason why I did this test of the 'Chair' running is so I see how the chair would run with the live action Zebras on the live action nature programs.
2010: This is the first initial animatic for my film concept 'Plain Chair'.

Plot
An old hunter is now to old to go out hunting anymore so resides in his home with all his hunting trophies. The most significant to him of his trophies is his Zebra upholstered chair which eats, sweats, and sometime sleeps in. But he does not treat it very well! When he is in the chair watching his nature programs on his TV he becomes the young hunter he once was and uses the chair as a prop for cover as he shoots at the animals on the programs. Chucking it around the room with out any care for it breaking. And the chair has had enough!
2010: Two concepts I had for my film 'Plain Chair' where I looked at how my character would interact with his gun. And sleep with it!
2010: Concept poses for my lead character 'Hunter' in my film 'Plain Chair'.

I wanted the hunter to be a wirery figure that almost looks like a staved lion. and may have gone mad as he is to weak to go hunting anymore.
